We have been accepted on the positive list of all insurable companies concerning the charter price contingency insurance (EIS certificate).

Free mooring with electricity and water at the home pier over whole duration of charter (on customer demand)
Berths at Alimos Marina have water and electricity.

Provisioning on demand to the charter pier (no extra delivery cost) or supermarket, in less than 500m. distance
There is a supermarket CARREFOUR DELI EXPRESS, 73 Poseidonos Ave., Palaio Faliro, tel. no.: +30 210 9888848, located less than 500m. from Alimos Marina, and a gas station SHELL nearby for the very basics.

24 hours emergency/service phone
We provide our customers 24 hours emergency/service phone.

Life vests for children (on customer demand)
All yachts have at least two life vests for children. However, we are able to provide additional life vests for children on demand.

Personal late check-in by staff member
We offer late check-in (after 17:00), with prior notice by customer of arrival time.

Internet access at charter pier or in accessible room for client
There is a wireless Internet Connection Service both at the pier and at our office (less than 300m. from Alimos Marina).

Daily weather report via SMS or phone during cruise (on customer demand)
There is the possibility for the client to be informed about weather forecast via SMS (Poseidon System or Meteo System), more detailed information on board. Very popular and accurate weather sites in Greece are: www.poseidon.hcmr.gr, www.meteo.gr, www.windfinder.com, www.windguru.com.

Safety net (i.e. for children) on customer demand for free
We offer the possibility of a safety net on customer demand for free.

Welcoming snacks and drinks for charter guests on board
We provide the charter guests on board (per person): 1 snack, 1 mineral water or 1 soft drink or 1 beer (alternatively a bottle of wine for the whole crew).

Skipper briefing providing fundamental information about cruising area and security advices (on customer demand)
Possible briefing for itineraries, important security advices and briefing about cruising in the Greek islands at the pier or at our office (300m. distance from our base) on customer demand.
